    Isha Jordan, President

From a very early age I was always interested in aviation, even though I was born in Detroit, MI which is home to the automobile industry. My passion for aviation drove me to attend Davis Aerospace High School, and subsequently Western Michigan University where I received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Aviation. While attending WMU I was active with several organizations, including WCA which I joined over 10 years ago. I also served on various committees during this time.

Over the next five years I soared the friendly skies as a Commercial Flight Attendant with Express Jet Airlines. During this time I earned scholarships from WCA which allowed me to enhance my aviation career as a Corporate Flight Attendant. This additional training then prepared me for my current position as Director of Charter Services with Chicago Helicopter Experience (CHE). CHE is a new Helicopter Tour and Charter Service that operates in Downtown Chicago, IL.

    Caroline Brozovich

"After my first flight in a small plane, I knew instantly that I wanted to pursue a career as a professional pilot. It took me a little bit longer to discover corporate aviation, but once I did – I fell in love! I first recognized the opportunities in corporate aviation after a summer internship with Assessment Compliance Group, Inc. (a company focused on aviation manual development and aviation training). Here I worked closely with the leaders of several large corporate flight departments to document their processes and procedures. Next, I became further involved with corporate aviation through an internship with Duke Energy’s aviation department in Charlotte, NC. There I analyzed data and created detailed reports for the merger with Progress Energy as well as ensured that each aircraft was properly equipped to fly in European airspace. After graduating, I became a flight instructor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and became a leader at ERAU day camps focused on introducing young girls to aviation. I am also an EAA Young Eagles Instructor Pilot. After flight instructing, I flew Hawker 800s for a charter company in Florida, then gained valuable experience with Desert Jet in Palm Springs, and now I fly the Citation X for XOJET. I also expanded my aviation horizons by working as a legal associate at an aviation law firm while living in Florida. Outside of aviation, I enjoy running, hiking, scuba diving and lots of chocolate."
